You have probably started a planner before and dropped it a few days in, because it asked for more consistency than a busy, distractible brain can give. This one is built around doing less.
You get two daily page styles. One has a morning brain dump, three non-negotiable tasks and optional time blocks with an energy level for each hour. The other drops the clock and sorts tasks into Must Do, Should Do and Could Do, with a Waiting On list and checkboxes for meals and meds. Both end with a one-sentence reflection.
Also inside are a weekly overview, a full-page brain dump, a monthly habit tracker and a short end-of-day check. A filled-in example shows how a real day looks, and the instructions say plainly that you can skip boxes, skip days and just start again.

Title: "Get It All Out" Subtitle: "No categories. No order. Just dump."
After dumping, circle the 1-3 things that actually need action this week.
ADHD-friendly rule: Track 3-5 habits max. More than that becomes another thing to feel bad about.

Call dentist. Reply to Sarah's email. That project proposal is due Friday. Need cat food. Why did I say that weird thing in the meeting? Doesn't matter. Laundry has been in the dryer for 2 days. Mom's birthday is next week — get card.
