Whether you are stopping drinking for good or just testing how it feels, it helps to see your progress and to know what to do when a craving arrives. This tracker gives you both.
It includes a 365-day milestone map, a daily check-in you can use once per day or once per week, and a trigger log for noting what sets off the urge to drink. A coping strategy bank collects quick tactics for riding out a craving, replacement activities, people you can call and professional and community resources. A monthly reflection page helps you look back over the month.
A filled-in example shows a day 18 check-in and a first-month reflection. The pack is a self-tracking aid and is not medical treatment; seek professional support if you need it.
Color in or check off each sober day. Watch your progress grow.
Visual grid: 365 numbered squares arranged in rows of 7 (52 weeks + 1 day).
If you slip: A slip is not a reset unless you want it to be. You can mark the day differently, write about it in your reflection, and keep going. 364 sober days out of 365 is still extraordinary.
Understanding your triggers helps you prepare for them. Log each craving with context.
